MARCH 1-3 & MARCH 15-17

A shout out to all teachers who have completed the 200 hour training. 2019 will be a year of supporting and cultivating existing teachers which is the inspiration for the upcoming 40 hr.Advanced Teacher Training. If you’re looking to tune up and tune in to your practice and teaching skills then this is for you. We will refine and put a microscope on all aspects of teaching to offer a deeper and more subtle understanding of philosophy, breath, biomechanics and anatomy. The vision is to create a space where teachers can connect, share and be inspired by each other over two weekends in March. This will be the first of multiple trainings in the coming year that all count towards a MSP 300 hr. Yoga Alliance Certification.

Please reach out if you have any questions and we would so love to have you join us. Here is the link for more info and to register

If you sign up by Jan. 15th you can get the early bird pricing of $555, after Jan 15th goes to $700….

Each day will consist of 5 Laboratories in which to experiment and explore.

1. Philosophy Lab.

2. Breath Lab

3. Practice Lab

4. Anatomy Lab

5. Teaching Lab

We will do insightful drills to create skills to see how new ideas/concepts take root in each of our bodies.

We will ask our fellow teachers to see ourselves as explorers and scientists in the great lab of self. It will be taught from a more experiential and experimental perspective rather than looking for absolutes.

Yoga is the endless reapplication of knowledge and personal insight and this training will help us share our gifts as teachers to inspire others.
