MSP™ 30 Day Build Your Body Program
In this 30 day course we focus on building and strengthening muscles in the legs, arms and core through exercises such as lunges, squats, planks, core work, and more. We emphasize the “Practice” aspect of MSP™ and through good alignment and dedication we take our hearts’ minds’ bodies to new places. Participants are given daily logs to keep track and record their progress. There are weekly check-in meetings that ensure a steady progression, and are powerful opportunities to share and to support one another along the way.
